Legal Compliance Notice
In compliance with the directions of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi issued in the matter of W.P.(C) 16659/2022 & CM APPL. 52510/2022, this page outlines the detailed procedure for lodging complaints and the hierarchy of officers responsible for consumer grievances.
Complaint Escalation Mechanism
Customers may follow the escalation levels below for complaint resolution. Each level includes the responsible contact point and prescribed resolution timeline.
Level 1 - Branch Level
Concerned Branch
The complainant can first contact the concerned dealing clerk in the Branch or lodge his/her complaint by letter, by email, or by phone. The bank will resolve the complaint within 7 days. Email address and branch phone numbers are available on the bank's website (https://bank510.bank.in).
Level 2 - Primary Grievance Cell

If the complaint is not satisfactorily resolved at Level 1, the complainant can contact the branch Accountant regarding their complaint/problem related to banking services by phone, letter, or email.
Level 3 - Bank Chief Executive Officer/Secretary
Mr. Kamal Jain
If the complaint is not satisfactorily resolved at Level 2, the complainant can personally contact the Bank Chief Executive Officer/Secretary regarding their complaint/problem related to banking services by phone, letter, or email.
- Resolution of banking complaints received from State/Central Government grievance portals like IGRS/CPGRAMS is also ensured within prescribed timelines.
- RBI Lokpal Scheme: Bank customers can also register complaints under the RBI's Integrated Ombudsman Scheme at https://cms.rbi.org.in.
